Madam two doubts 1. PGs and hostels have exemption , if the tenant stay for at least 90 days. How can the supplier ascertain that the tenant will stay for 90 days while issuing invoice on first or second month. ? If the supplier issued a NIL rated invoice on first and and second months as NIL rated supply and the tenant leaves the PG or hostel on or before the completion of 89 days , the supplier has to pay the entire tax along with interest.. 2. What is meant by Agricultural Farm Produce" mean? Lot of advance ruling describing "Agricultural Farm Produce" are just confusing.. Thanks in advance for the reply Ma'am.

Sir, IN SEZ TAKE INPUT TAX AND ADJUST TO OUT PUT TAX is it possible? Some companies take input and adjust to put tax only. Some companies Input tax the same month reversal. So confusing. Please clarify the problem.
