dikkat toh hoga hi..sirf tax hi de rahe hai, mil kuch nhi raha..30% toh mera direct tax kat ta hai..GST on every item, so add another 18%, so we give almost 50% of our income to tax..and in return we dont get proper roads, no medical insurance, no support for child education..when we retire, we are our own with no help from govt because the 50% of salary which are not taxed, we have to support our family, child education, house loan, and then whatever little is saved, we have to save for retirement..how will middle class survive?

Not only that every savings that you do , every transaction you make , every property you buy , every car or bike or any vehicle you buy you pay separate tax . Petrol tax , diesel tax , stamp duty , money deducted from bank account , cess , road tax , taxes on purchasing vehicle which are huge , fines and penalties , ltcg , stcg , toll tax , processing fees on virtually every loan product and insurance product etc etc are simply eating into your money . So overall tax is nearly 70 percent if you calculate all of these numbers .

Legally , irrespective of commercial tax, bills , residential property does not become commercial. If MCD issues notice for misuse and goes to the court, it becomes bailable offence.

What about P G run illegallly in whole of Delhi for which even no proper register is maintained 24x7 tresspassing in residential.colonies by the owner co owner for short visit..being run like Old R ajendra Nagar in nexus now come to notice of income Tax Authorities as commercial activities in residential.colonies etc. Using as commercial without obtaining any mandatory approval from any authorities fure brgade BSES mcd dda etc. 9:23 of course with nexus and the whole of Delhi DDA residentisl flats have since been converted like that. Kindly advise further course ofcaction by the Income Tax Department..on this issue now 🙏.just now. Karyana Store !!

Once u sub-lease , it becomes income from other sources. Can u claim all expenses if the third party ( whom I/ u has sub-leased) is running a PG/ OYO etc . Is the third party responsible to show it as Buisness income & pay taxes accordingly ? I don’t find any “ Jugad” or benefits unless I can claim all expenses which I was initially involved ( paying to guards/ receptionist etc ) or I raise my sublease amount ( transfer the burden on sub- lease owner who wants to run a PG / OYO etc. It would be highly appreciated if u could explain? Txs 🙏

@@expertcasachin tenant will not pay for the painting the house every 2-3 years. there will be maintenance due to seepage or termites. tenants won't pay for that also. when one tenant vacates, owner will have to spend huge amount towards the fixing the house, so that next tenant can occupy it.

Charge most expenses as maintenance. Maintenance will not be charged under Income from House. GST will be applicable if maintenance is more than 7500. Still can show 30% as expense for improvement like painting, renovation etc. But saare bills, invoice rakhne padege for audit.
