Great review. I have the tarte tubing one, but only tried it a few times and didn’t love it, I’ll try again this week! This one looks great though. I have recently thrown out my Charlotte tilbury push up mascara because it always leaves black marks under the eye which my current ones never do. I know lots of people say it’s their number one, maybe it works better on certain people?

There is something about that Charlotte PT mascara, Hannah, that makes it either perfect OR runny on people. No in between. I think you might like this one, actually. But if you try it, let me know. It's not a tubing mascara which might be why you weren't attracted to the Tarte.

That mascara looks gorgeous on your lashes! The tarte mascara has been my holy grail mascara as well. I rotate it with my previous favorite rare beauty. I think I may need to give this a try! The way it separates reminds me of tower 28, except I can actually see it on your lashes 😅 it is too natural for me. You look radiant and beautiful as always! Thank you for the great review.

This mascara looks great on you! Seems like a good price point for a “clean” brand - I love my Ilia mascara and might have to try this as well since the GXVE line is a winner for my sensitive skin (most recently the neutral matte liquid lipsticks!) Thank you, Rebecca, for another great video!

Red is your colour!! You look absolutely stunning! What do you think of Better Than Sex mascara? For a pack of five, full sized tubes I paid $56 Canadian. I got them at Shoppers Drug Mart in the Christmas clearance section, so I am hoping that I didn't waste my money. I believe it is the og formula as the packaging is pink... Thank you for the review! My go to mascara at the moment is from Ilia. I'm not quite sure if it the actual mascara formula that I like or if it is just the fantastic wand! Have a wonderful evening 💕❤️💕

Dawn!!!!! I love the ilia mascara!!!! I think it’s one of the best on the market. No one else raves about it. I think it’s just you and me! Thank you for the compliment on the red!! Ok. The too faced mascara. Everyone loves it. So it’s proven itself. It’s not my favorite but I don’t like the rare mascara either and everyone thinks I’m nuts, which I am. Haha.

First feeling of the product was ok, what i always do with such a product is hold a cotton pad under running water, squeeze, fold it (hope this is clear English), and than when i apply the product right above the lashes of the first eye, i hold it right under it, not pushing to hard in order not to loose product, but to have less chance for the product to get into my eyes, than i turn the damp cotton pad, or when necessary take a new one, it's the health of my eyes to protect, and do the same with the other eye. Until now, my eyes are maybe a little bit thicker, but i use lots of medication as well. And i have to get some sleep of course. Keep you posted, don't have long term results yet of course, if the eyes get more dry etc. Liefs en welterusten voor later! = Love and good night for later!

Hi Rebecca, Happy New Year. You got me hooked on the Scott Barnes mascara which I love. I love a mascara that gives me bold big dramatic eyelashes because I have barely none. Do you like this one more than the SB's?

Hello Sara!!!! so far, I would say the Scott Barnes might be a little bit better in that it separates a bit more but I think this one is actually a bit more volumizing. They both provide great drama. Right now I think the Scott Barnes edges this out a tiny bit.

Hmmm… I might have to try this. I have never tried a wand with ball on the end. I have one lash on each eye that is stick straight and uncurlable. I usually try to avoid putting mascara on those two lashes. I wonder if I could apply mascara to them with the ball thing and hold the lash up until it dries?

My daughter gave me something new to try over Christmas and I almost lost my lunch every time I blinked. It smelled like tar and pine Sol. She got it at her special Vegan place. Looks good actually 👍 I agree. Nice product. I've just started to use my Jones Road mascara and have to say it's pretty good. It definitely lifts, curls, lengthens and colours nicely. It's a smiley shaped wand (do you know how I mean? It's profile shape is like a relaxed capital C 😂) Anyway, it's good, but so is this one, it seems, from GXVE :) I am keen to try the CT in the berry shade - but you've made me hesitate now - I don't want panda eyes Rebecca! And I especially don't want berry shade panda eyes!! 😂😂

Good point! Even a panda bear would not approve of a berry shade! I absolutely know what you mean by the curved wand. That Jones Rd., Mascara has been so touted that I really wanna try it but I have not yet.

I saw 2 people mention this mascara in their videos this week. I thought “I need to see if Rebecca has reviewed this” before I considered buying it. I thought it was a brand new product and maybe you hadn’t gotten it yet. HOW RIDICULOUS OF ME! Of COURSE you’ve already reviewed it FIVE MONTHS ago even though others are just now getting to it! 😂😂😂 I should have known better. I can’t decide if I should repurchase my Esum (that so know I love and works but it’s expensive to get with shipping added in) or try this new one (and not be sure if it irritates my sensitive eyes). Hello Claudia! Nope. This one is not waterproof. For me that’s a good thing because waterproof always smudges on me and then creates a raccoon eye for days. Haha
