Migraines are the worst. I have had them since I was like 5. I highly recommend looking into glasses with the FL-41 tint if you get the light sensitivity. I am on a computer all day for my job and I have noticed it helps me so so much both to prevent them and when I am getting over the worst of my migraine but it isn’t totally better yet. Loving the vlogs and looking forward to the next one!
