This could be their greatest game ever, including in all the cut content, even snippets from books or even a level dedicated to Thel 'Vadamee (Arbiter's) perspective, maybe even including his fight with the prophet who tried taking over his command on the ring. I know people think that a remake of the trilogy is pointless, but I see it as an opportunity to take a perfect franchise and make it even better. It will be tough to pull off, but if 343 can really do it, Halo will return to the top (or close to it) of this generation's FPS games.

The only cortana that was is halo 4s cortana, but halo 1 to reach, 5 and infinite, she's not even an issue. 343 never did a remake of CE, they did however make a remaster which is a entirely different thing. The difference between a remake and remaster👇 >Remaster: complete re-texture of the game >Remake: building the game from the ground up not using old assets, difference in coding and mechanics also (basically a brand new game at that point) So the differences are huge and I can understand the mix up because not everyone knows the differences. But as a old fan from when I played since the early 2000's, you're right about 343, no doubt it will turn out disappointing given the recent games and the micro transaction, yeah at I doubt that 343 will turn the remake too utter garbage and ruin the original lore.

@@righthanded4009 honestly man, I feel like the true days of Halo is over because of 343's greed.. well both them and Microsoft, it's a shame cause the Halo we grew up on was the days when devs had fun discussing ideas, the passion to make something great and with heaps of hours spent overtime because they wanted to make a masterpiece and a time when companies actually cared, these days.. game companies just copy stuff from other games cause it looks "cool" and they exploit us with microtransactions and they even exploit the devs that work for them from managerial decision making. Things need to change, but it only changes with us also, because some of the gaming community buys this microtransactional bullcrap and in turn these triple AAA companies keep a leash on everyone because of it.
