I really liked this hotel. The location was perfect. Service was great as well. Food was ok and mostly without reservations. Friendly staff. There were locations only for *members* so everything that this video advertised is not right but that was ok the only really bad part we encountered was to be harassed by the employees trying to sell us their membership, they wouldn't take a NO for an answer 🙄

Love this! Do they put a security deposit hold on your card for incidentals?

They do. They took 300 for our stay of 3 days and after the reversal they only charged 0.1 cents 😅
