Can you share the lordosis/anterior pelvic tilt exercises and workouts? I think it is difficult for patients to do femur lengthening because of Lordosis/APT because the pelvic tilt will naturally tighten the hip flexor and hamstrings...so femur lengthening would be difficult, or max length potentially reduced.
