Hi! I don’t know why either! But it’s funny, those Abrams build videos are starting to tick up, I guessed I’d just bored the hell out of everyone! I’ve still got to decal it, add stowage and weather it, and hook up the electronics and slip ring. I’ll do the completion vids soon, the T-72AV got in the way, and has taken a heck of a lot more time than I was expecting, flipping heng longs usual fantasy tank! 🤦‍♂️ Thanks for watching 🙂 have a great day.

We used ratchet straps to secure to two arms of the tow bar together. I can't seing tow bars in tan. Only in green. The tank I flew into war was an M1A1 Heavy Common. We were a mine plow tank. However, we weren't able to fly with the plow attached. So, it came on a later flight. We left it behind. When I finally get around to procuring an Abrams, I'll use a Trumpeter kit and decals from Callie Graphics.

@@RmasterD that’s very cool, 😎 d never gave the guts to actually serve in a tank!. I tried to make it a mishmash to give it a bit of artistic licence, and I had a reference book with tanks from 2016? I just bought ithis tank, had a couple of minor issues, then a couple more caused by me while trying to do the magnet mod. So far I've just just used it inside, and threw a track right off the bat. Turned out the drive wheels had not been tightened down after they did their work, i.e. metal tracks and wheels. I am waiting for some more parts and mods prior to taking it outside. Kind of a learning curve with the mechanics and maintenance on this, but then, lacking something catastrophic, learning how it is all put together is part of the fun. *I just hope I don't cause something catastrophic too soon.* So far I love how it drives and operates. A bit counter intuitive for someone who has mostly done R/C flying, but easily overcome. Currently I am looking for someone to have wars with, and yes, it is tempting to buy another one just in case company wants to try and settle a dispute or argument with a tank war.

Hey Mr Tank A Lot, great video, once again! I've been following you as much as my schedule allows. Have a question, after you use that mig camo putty, can it be re-used? I got some for my Abrams based on your experience with other putty. I've tried the Loctite putty and no. After the loctite putty gets paint on it, it becomes very difficult to manage. I was wondering if the Mig is the same way. I learn a lot watching you airbrush. The up close then pull away is nice to know. Thank you.

Hi! Thanks for the support! Means a lot, and makes it worthwhile that it’s hopefully helping others 🙂. The mig stuff is completely reusable, Ive done 4? Tanks now, and it’s still doing the job. Have you considered using the 30th Armored BCT? It’s got a nice unit insignia and they go by, I think, the moniker “Old Hickory”. They do use the same camo when stateside or on maneuvers with the NC National Guards.

@@mrtankalotrctankschannel Interesting. I too, have a 7.1 but it doesnt have the Abrams sound package- The newer 7.0 & 7.1 only has 2 sound packs unlike the older 6.0 & 6.1's. which had 4. I do like the newer MFU's, especially due to the fact they have servo support. Staying tuned.

Dear Tonks The short answer is ‘no!’ 😊 It would mean a complete rebuild of it, and I don’t like the look of tusk or chally add on armour, too chunky and too brake offable for me.
