Idk about that event. His skill is just sooo bad😂 most people's mutant or other heroes skills are better. Also more speed for EL Diana, Bob Ghost 😁

Watch his skill come out when he's no longer available and it's a passive increase to all units while not in use...lol. Yeah, he'll be just a good farmer until I hit level 80.
