Sir, As to your service, after a careful examination and study, I have come to the conclusion that this service calls for at least a three beer evening. Your maintenance is right on.Now go sit by the fireplace and wait for the blizzard.Thanks for sharing, Ken a fellow Norwegian.

Good to see your adventures in working with equipment 😂😂 . We all have those type on problems when owning equipment. The bigger it is the more that can go wrong and the more tools one needs . Good to see you staying on top of these issues. Keep up the videos we do enjoy seeing how others work around different parts of the world . 👍

That New Holland looks awesome. Great video , really had fun watching it. No snow here in North Western Montana,USA yet. Just an inch up 600 feet a hill where I live. My Kioti has front chains and a new home made pusher waiting for snow

Great video but I have one tip for you. When greasing front axle, you should lift front wheels off the ground, that way grease go directly to bearing surfaces, where all the weight is normally resting. When tractors weight is resting on axle, grease will not go to the point where the load is and because front axle pivot so little, grease won't spread in there naturally. This is very easy to do with loader, just put on a bucket and use loader to lift front wheels off the ground and grease. (But don't go under the tires in case some hose fails and it drops down)
@MiniMachines13 жыл бұрын
I'm thinking that the barings are turning so the greas will be everywhere anyways as soon as you start driving.

The thing to keep in mind if you prefill your fuel filters through the center big hole is on the initial startup you are sending unfiltered fuel to your injectors. Manually priming is a pain but it will extend your injector life.
@MatthewWilson833 жыл бұрын
Best to fill it through the holes on the edge.

Hey a other great video. Perhaps you could install some sort of valve in stead of the oil plug so you don't mess around at the next oil changes. It's unbelievable to hear that the Workshop did this hole repairs in one day. Very nice.

If they milled the head and put in new seats and valves he may have to stack 2 head gaskets to make room for the new valves. Another option is to take a die grinder and relieve the pistons where the valves are hitting. I had this happen on my 65 Ford 4500 backhoe. On that one I backed off on the tappet adjustment and it quieted back down. When I pull the head again I'll relieve the pistons where they are hitting. The machine shop should have set the valve seats deeper in the head.
@MiniMachines13 жыл бұрын
We found out what the problem was, the bearings in the crank was so wasted that the pistons got to high up. The power steering had leaked oil into the engine oil.
