They should install a trail/nature camera nearby if they haven't already. They could probably get some wonderful video of the nearby wildlife - looks like the house is nestled in a wooded area if not deep into a forest.

What's stopping you? Snowload, roof pitch, and physics states that this house with a 12x12-14x12 pitch would be just fine. If we can build one in Marquette, MI you can build one anywhere 😊
