Morning Joe and happy Sunday. The elevation is giving me farmhouse vibes. Unique. I like. But the backyard is 🔥🔥 Grand entry wide foyer. Office nice. Looks a smidge tight with the built ins. Oh. Didn’t expect this front space. Nice for a parent suite indeed. Or college child home. Prefer this instead of a 1- car garage. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Garage/drop zone across the hall. Thought the laundry would’ve been there. Ok. You’ve got my attention. Massive open concept family room/kitchen-gas community( like the backsplash)/beautiful butler’s pantry/breakfast nook. Rather large as well. Notice no formal dining. Covered paved lanai. Lovely pool. Glad it’s fenced right on the pond. 🐊’s always on my mind when see water. Only thing needed is the outdoor kitchen and a rear pool bath. Wow. Look at this primary with access to that stunning lanai. Love the his/hers closet. Beautiful en-suite. Just need a actual deep seat in the shower. Deep soaking tub. Gorgeous floors/tiles. Black faucet/handles look great against the grey cabinets and countertop. Aww. The laundry 🧺 room connected like I wished. That’s what the door was by the drop zone. Open to below. Nice step up bonus room for youngsters 😂. Love the space under the tv for a fridge. Bathroom. Massive loft. 1st Bedroom ( en-suite would’ve been nice). Love the window seat. Another bedroom with gorgeous en-suite 🙌🏼. The floors🙌🏼. This home is amazing Joe. I always feel in homes this large, every bedroom should have an en-suite. And a 1/2 bathroom on each level. And a rear pool bath. Nonetheless it’s a beautiful home. Love your detailed tours. Hello Joe!!! Good Morning!!! This home is great and beautiful. I think that, the bedrooms should be en suites and not sharing baths in houses this big. Love the two story foyer. It makes the house look classy. Love the pool too. I wish the lot were bigger to make a playground and a big garden etc. But the home is just stunning though. I agree, I don’t like most jack & Jill because it can interrupt privacy however bathrooms in between rooms are fine but with luxury homes I like on sweets and that’s just my preference. This is a beautiful home.

Office spaces are a hot commodity as people are still working from home. Even to this day.

It doesn’t have the garage because it’s a sales center right now. But the next GEN suite is a pretty good option to have because grandma and grandpa can be right there and his mom and dad have to go to the office, they can take care of the kids. Plus, I’m sure these next GEN suites are becoming more popular as the cost of living and the cost of housing gets more expensive with each passing month.
