Hey Paul. Nice front elevation. Unique layout on entry. Spacious private front guest bedroom with en-suite. Dining area. Odd closet but appreciated. Another dining area by the stairs. Kitchen, pantry, butlers pantry through to front dining. Large living room. Secluded 1/2 bath by door to the backyard. Large paved lanai. Just need a pool. 2nd floor. Large laundry 🧺 room. Cozy loft open to below. Spacious primary. Open en-suite. Good size closet. No linen closet. But one right outside in the hallway. Large hall double sink bath. Bedroom with en-suite. Next bedroom with huge walk-in closet. Another spacious bedroom. Nice layout for those who want a 2-story. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

I must say that you are one of my favourites looking at houses you do a great job. And I'm not sure that you get enough recognition for what you do. I love looking at the houses it gives me great inspiration and one day I will own one. This one is a beautiful one. I think the dining room they have next to the living room could be turned into something cute. I wouldn't need two dining rooms. But it gives me an idea of maybe having a little seating area where you can have wine and and some books and things would be cute. Like I said before I wish that most of them came with basements though I don't know if that's something you can't really do a lot of in Florida??
