From Sharon, your sausage casserole can be made as pinwheels, so good. When you put sausage mixture on the dough, roll it up on the long side. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes and then slice.

Love the curtains and the artwork! I can’t wait to see your mantel. Have you considered doing custom shelving on either side of the fireplace and a place for the TV in custom shelving above the Fireplace? I can’t attach a photo as an example to show you. Although the stone is beautiful too. My grandson and I eat Zatarains Red Beans & Rice often. I use both butter and olive oil, add 1 cup more rice and beef broth and the Eckridge Sausage. We top with cheddar cheese and green onions. Yum!

I make the sausage cream cheese Cresent roll thing too and its delicious, but I found that if put scrambled eggs and and some shredded cheese on top before the top Cresent layer it makes a more substantial breakfast. Try it it's delicious

Now, I have a question about your appetizer. The other day, y'all made bacon, egg, and cheese sliders. And you melted butter with maple syrup and brushed the tops of them before baking. The Cheese Gal shared a similar recipe to this one where she also added a dozen scrambled eggs to the sausage mixture, and after she lays it on top of the crescent sheet, she tops all of it with shredded cheese before she adds the top layer of crescent roll. I would love to hear what you two think about that version! My family enjoyed it.

To the sausage snack you made (we call it sausage lump) add a layer of shredded cheese to the top of the sausage cream cheese before you add the top layer of crescent dough. It makes a HUGE difference

I love Mississippi Pot Roast!!! I salt my chuck roast and sear it really good then put it in my crockpot pot with the ranch, au jus, peppercinnis, butter and I add baby carrots and red potatoes all around it. I sprinkle garlic salt and black pepper on the potatoes.

I add cheddar cheese on top of the sausage/cream cheese mixture for extra cheese flavor. I made it without the cheddar cheese once and they complained. Never did that again.
