This is the biggest and smallest floorplan at Arroyo Crossing. The price for the 1501 SF home starts around $456k - $460k. The 2311 SF Floorplan starts around $520k. Which floorplan do you prefer?

Thanks! It really depends, most average about 5000-6000SF lots for single stories and they currently have one that has a 9000 SF lot, but that isn’t as common.

I do Know DR Horton is among the Biggest in the Country & Generally top Quality, yet for some reason, in Some parts of AZ, tx & ca, Lennar & DR Horton have been more concerned about building homes, & "Drlivering Keys" to a Very Bad home & taking a few years to resolve the issues - perhaps do shortage of workers/demand in areas that were under built Just before "bs pandemic/plandemic" 🤔🤔Does Reno or Soarks have builders building any Duplexes, Triplexes or Fourplexes ?

You're welcome! Sorry to hear they aren't building quality homes in CA and AZ. Occasionally, but it's usually just one or two random new duplexes/triplexes. There isn't one specific builder that builds more multifamily here, unfortunately.

DR Horton, as well as other builders in recent years has had Extensive Quality issues & Wxtreme Delays in Remedies to the many issues... Has that been the case in this community? Have you heard about the Quality issues in other Cities & States, other parts of Nevada?

I have sold many DR Horton homes in the area to friends and clients. I haven't heard of any major complaints. People generally don't leave a review when they have a good experience, typically only when they have a bad experience. I have owned a DR Horton home, I currently own a lennar home, and I'm building a Toll Brothers home. If you do a google search, you will find some bad reviews about all of them. Every city and state is going to have a completely different construction manager, sales team, contractors and subcontractors. So, what goes on in a different state doesn't necessarily mean it will be bad here. I'm not saying they build a perfect home. I've seen every builder in town do a good job and a so so job. But, that is why you have a warranty, and a lot of the kinks are worked out in the first year during that warranty. You can also get your own home inspection and I always recommend getting another home inspection at the 11th month before your warranty expires. You can just hand that report to the builder and they generally fix everything on it, besides wear and tear. I can't say anything about this community because it just opened within the last 2-3 months. I also haven't had a single client buy a DR horton home in Northern Nevada and have a major delay. Could it happen? Yes, absolutely. But, I've sold a new home with every builder in town and haven't seen any of them delay a home longer than a week or so.

I understand your concern. But, have you heard bad reviews from people specifically in the Northern Nevada area? DR Horton is one of the biggest national home builders. They are massive. Issues will come up with any builder in town and those reviews are for DR Horton nationally. Not excusing their issues, but every city can be different for a builder as they use different construction managers, contractors, etc. I have sold numerous homes in Reno, Sparks, and Dayton through DR Horton and haven't heard of any major complaints from clients here. You will have some issues with any builder here.

There are timestamps that take you right to the walkthrough of the home, where I mention bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, and price. The square footage is also in the description and title of the video. 🤷‍♂️
