That’s amazing space! The first one is only 2000 sq ft yet the rooms are so spacious! Usually 2000 is two tiny 10x10 secondary rooms. Wow !

Are the houses you are showing are considered the base model?

Yes the prices I mention are usually the base price. If I mention a QMI (quick move in) with a price that will be the price of the home to buy after the builder has added all their upgrades to it. How is the noise from the Air Force Base?

For me not bad at all. They are not flying overhead 24/7, plus they change their flight pattern often so they aren't always on the same pattern.
