The next comparison should be between the 1.5 NA engines. Elevate vs Creta / seltos vs Hyryder / Grand Vitara 1.5 NA Smart hybrid or any other 1.5L NA engines. 1.5L turbos are on another level.

Ciaz 0-100-> 12.03. 10.2. 11.23 20-80->. 13.11. 13.23. 10.86 (in 3rd gear) 40-100->. 18.25. 18.23. 15.69 (in 4th gear) We can see city is weak in performance even when compared with rival 1.5 na engines . Honda Elevate have the best driving position, comforts, 2nd row spacing, interior spacing, boot space, quality for ride and interior details, down clearance, ADAS, powerful n/a engine with good mileage and the top model offers a excellent feature which can be easily justified its price. Elevate is good option for those drivers who need the top of the line variant below 20lakh. other all Mid-size Suv's top variant cost more than 20 to 24.50 lakhs. Again and again doing paid promotion. There is more cabin and engine noise . No 3rd person can sit on rear seat. You can't turn off Adas for city driving. You have to press ok every time on touch screen, whenever engine is started. Very poor quality and strength of front grill. Poor paint finish inside bonnet. All accessories Very costly. Connect App sluggish. Dealers are force selling insurance on double premium, extended warranty, accessories if not taken, they came on non cooperation. Horns sound is too low. Many main features are also missing

A comparison with the Smart Hybrid Maruti GV would be appropriate. NA 1.5 L petrol engine, high GC 5 seater SUV....to quote similar features. However, this SUV looks like it is aimed for the mass market / taxi market. FE and a reliable engine with a large boot makes it ideal for the taxi market (Innova type). Good video, keep it up.

I already turned in the car after driving 690kms and getting a mileage of 7 with the AC on. If i remember the conversation you had said don't go for Mahindra 3XO because it gives 9kmpl mileage. As per my personal drive experience Honda Elevate is best suitable for city and smooth highways but not advisable to use in rough and tough terrain. Lots of rattling noise and cabin noise insulation is not adequate. Feel Little body roll and no clarity about built quality with crash test results. HONDA is playing with only one engine in this segment. Comfort is ok ok not super.

I had a test drive in the elevate. The rear seat is wide enough, just for two adults and, maybe a child. No way can three adults sit. So, your analysis is wrong. Also, the front drivers seat is unsuitable for a tall person. There isn't enough space leading ti a slightly xrouched knee position for the driver. Hence, I opted for the City. Anytime. A better choice.
