I am so glad I discovered your channel by coincidence I think about 2 years ago now. Anyway you are the only make up channel I am aware of which makes colourful make up looks seem so effortless. So as a 63 year old woman( oh yes taking care of myself) , you inspired me going back to colours at my age and believe me with many compliments. I do stay away from shimmers though cause our aging eyes will not have it. Hence I do like your all mat looks. angie, i reallllly enjoy when you make these kinds of videos. i’m bummed that the hallobean palette sold out on me so fast, because i’ve been dyinggg to try shroud cosmetics, and i still haven’t purchased the it’s freaking bats palette but i want that palette as well, along with the creepy cute palettes. i did manage to grab the sugar drizzle trick roar treat palette, and i reallly love that it’s a small 6 pan palette. i haven’t tried game beauty yet but this palette looks beautiful. 💚💚💚

Wow, all three looks were absolutely gorgeous, but the second one was my favorite. It was absolutely stunning. I really love yellow and brown together. Those are my favorite shades to mix. There's just something about it that really calls to me. I feel you need to give yourself more credit. You're blending is on point. I don't know any other content creator that blends like you do. Appreciate the video about multiple palettes because sometimes I don't want to go through a whole video with just one palette! I know sometimes it's easier to do one palette per video (instead of doing multiple ones in one video and then having to come up with other video ideas for the other ones you have to film to keep up with a video schedule). but if this suits you better you should keep up with it!

This is a great format for covering the onslaught of releases. I did a very similar look with the Hallo-bean. Definitely liked the reminder to use a transparent shifty shimmer over mattes. I dig that game beauty palette.

I love this type of video! I find it really helpful for getting a feel for each palette while allowing a bit of a comparison between each palette. It leaves me with less of a feeling of wanting to buy everything than if you had made 3 separate videos. I struggle with layering iridescent shadows over mattes because it always lifts the matte color underneath rather than layering on top. Anyone have any tips on what I might be doing wrong? I feel like I am doing what Angie is doing in the video.

Maybe you are getting the topper shade a bit too wet, or, maybe you put on the matte color underneath too thick or the base was not tacky enough to hold on to the matte once you start applying the shimmer on top :)

Akidearest is an American KZbinr who currently lives in Japan. When those sheer topper type shadows were first showing up in palettes I absolutely hated them.because often I bought the palette thinking those shadows were metallic shimmer shades only to find out they weren't. But now that I've played with them a little more, I really like them especially if they are duochromes or multichromes that look white in pan but are actually pale shifty sparkly watercolors. I like to build a look with mattes & then come in with a sparkly, shifty topper. My eyes are hooded & very sunken plus "mature" so shimmers/metallics aren't always the best texture or formula for me to use (they accentuate crepiness & always travel/transfer/crease even with glitter glue) Toppers give me more visual interest & added sparkle to what would be a very basic look without them. I find them very versatile since you can also use them as highlighters.

I bought the cyberpunk palette because of Your video last week I didn’t even know what the color story was from your video. Never heard of game Beauty before but I’m a huge fan oF cyber punk 2077 is the best game ever I absolutely love that game so I had to get the pallet. I didn’t even care what colors were in it but now I love it you made the most beautiful look with the cyber punk palette I love it even more can’t wait to get my pallet it’s on its way. I did buy your pallet from Oden‘s Eye and I can honestly say it is my current favorite pallet in my collection at the moment I absolutely love every shade in that pallet how it was made the formula how you thought through the layout and I love the packaging. anyways what I was trying to say is play the game cyberpunk 2077 and buy the cyberpunk pallet. but definitely I highly recommend her Odens eye palette!
