That looks like a house to suit your needs except for the water damage. Remember you still have another option if needed. You could survive in the Headquarters house until this problem is taken care of and store most of your stuff in the new house. I am sure the owners would work with you. I am a lot older and have started over 3 times and I still have an extra house that I kept just in case. One of my kids are living in it now as they continue their life's journey. Having a backup option is a wonderful thing.

I just had a striking thought: the MOMENT the owner noticed the leak in the house, they should have SHUT OFF the main water line. That's even if the house was occupied - and it's empty… And they're letting that water run ?? I know they're trying to show the house and people want to see the water running for pressure etc., but priorities are priorities. FYI, that they didn't shut down a water main prior to repair could be at least a little red flag as to how the owner would treat maintenance issues in the future. They should have completely shut down that water line (very easy to do) and had plumbers come out to fix the leak ASAP the moment it was noticed.

Dude I am new to your videos,but I am a GM enthusiast 100% ,it makes me mad as hell when people want a performance car but dont do their homework or dont know what the heck they are talking about or doing, if you put a performance exhaust on the Vette it will most surely throw a check engine light, these new Vettes are all run by ECUs and they are very sensitive, I would advise u if u dont know how to work on these cars and u love to put performance parts aftermarket parts that is on them find a reputable shop who specializes in GM high performance cars and modifying them,rather than installing something and then it throwing a Check engine light and bashing a manufacturer or dealer,and I am no fan of dealerships!! House is nice love garage space. We had our finished basement flood in the 100 year flood in 2007. If anything was damp or water damaged, it was TOTALY replaced not just patched and 12 years later you would have to be told it had damage for it was done properly and there are not any signs of damage. Just make sure the owner has it repaired PROPERLY. LOVE THE TESLA, SWEET RIDE.

I enjoy all the things you do. Minimal risk in renting that property and the owners should fix the flood damage without issue. Looks like an easy fix to the primary problem, then carpet removal, underlayment, professionally dry, maybe replace lower portion of drywall, baseboard, new underlayment,new carpet. That front room is the formal dining room. We use ours maybe 3 times a year! I wouldn't be too worried about the closet since it can be repaired pretty easily. Hopefully it is just the water lines and not the shower pan leaking. Looks like a great house for you.

Just my opinion, along with the other pros n con comments here, LOL.. I say you talk to the owners/rental company of this house, go with them to inspect the repairs. Make sure carpet is removed, walls inspected up from baseboards for mold, and discuss the repairs. If all looks like it is correctly repaired, I would go for it. That is a very nice home, and could see that garage in many future videos. Just step by step, but main thing is that repair is done correctly!!! Good luck man!!! Best wishes!!

Nice house but why not move into the house you own? You can bring in a small trailer for the dealer office until you have a shop. Metal buildings are not that expensive and can be put up very fast. That water can easily be fixed. The carpet acted like a wick. They repair the leak, remove carpet & pad, professionally dry that room completely , fix that sheet rock where it appears the leak is located & re-install new flooring. Room is a formal dining room. You can use it for something else. Nice house. Great shed too. Water in the garage entry can be easily fixed at least a couple different ways. Buy your own house asap. I know it's tough to built up a down payment but you have tremendous income.

As for the house, I would mainly be concerned about the potential mold issue as regards that flooded carpet/floor. If I were U, I'd need to be assured that the leak was totally stopped, one of those crews has come in to completely clean AND thoroughly dry the carpet and for good measure, run an ozone machine at least once through. Love the garage and LOVE the backyard! You could always take the stove over to Mako for a nice $300 black paint job :-) As regards the Vette, I would personally have probably leaned toward a decision to leave the car at the dealership while it's in the middle of a legal wrangling situation (just so if anything happened to it, they couldn't point any fingers as it would be remaining on their property). As tempting as it would be to have back in my driveway, to help ensure no wrinkles get in the way of a full and complete refund/return, I suppose to be cautious, I would leave it there at BH until the legal battle is totally complete, one way or the other. After that point, you would either get the vehicle back or give it up and get your refund - 100% wrapped up either way. As regards 4K, I would say to stay ahead of the curve and be competitive (mainly because you have over 100,000 subscribers) I think for the best chance at an increase in viewership & monetization etc., even just scientifically and algorithmically speaking, I would say the 4K is the way to go. Hopefully, in the near future, you could upgrade your editing system to make it easier, etc. Probably worth the effort - it does look great!

Nice house. But when we were looking for a house our deal fell through in the home state and we said screw it and moved to a new state. Stressful as shit but after being here for 2 years it was the best decision we've made. It almost feels like we had a new fresh start at everything, a new beginning. New job, new friends, new atmosphere, new car, etc. But at the end of the day do what's right for you and your family. Go with your gut feeling. I'm a risk taker, and this move worked out for the best. The only thing I regret is being away from all of my family.

As someone that has recently been in China, Indonesia and now UAE, I can tell you that you don't understand COVID-19 at all. Self Isolation is not about protecting yourself Randy. It's about protecting those around you - especially the elderly or those with immune deficiencies - for whom the virus can be fatal. Master bedroom ath is truly flooded cause of water comes up from bath tub or toilet seat. That's why smells bad. So you have to change the carpet and some of flooring tiles too. The house looks like it would be great for your business, but the flooding will be very disruptive for awhile. A water damage mitigation company will have to flood cut the walls, remove the carpeting and extract the water from the walls in that area, and you may have mold growth in the walls and carpeting. And once that has been done, a restorer will have to repair all the damage. That is very costly work, but it is usually covered under homeowners insurance. Good luck!

You have excellent content. While I did not read all the comments, I think Ambiant Relaxing and Healing Music gave you some solid advice. I would get an estimate regarding how much to fix the flooding and have the landlord deduct from rent. Ensure the problem is solved. A professional will tell you if mold has set in yet. They can clean that up for you and make sure no mold develops. Work it out with landlord. They will most likely agree. No one will rent that place in that condition. The key to becoming wealthy is to try to stay out of debt if you can. I would sell the corvette. The average joe looking for a corvette will not care about the trunk issue you have a problem with. How about look at a Porsche 911 Cabrio in your next walk-around. I'm looking for one.

With regard to the house you showed us, I think the problem might be that the wetseal in the shower may have failed. I used to make a living repairing bathrooms where the seal on the shower had failed, I would remove the wall sheeting, replaace any damaged framework then refinish the area with new seal, tiles, etc. This would take around a week by the time all the work was completed so, the Landlord would have to factor that in to his rental. I can understand your disappointment with the Corvette, a very sad situation. If the worst comes to the worst, for the moment, you might have to move in to AAR HQA

12:52 $1,700 for this house? that's REALLY GOOD! I live in a cramped 2 bed room apartment in Dublin with no parking space and very rowdy crowd.. surrounded by pubs. the Rent costs my family 2.900 euros a month. only reason we live there is because it's next to hospital.. my family are doctors on 24hour call. it also does not help that most the Irish Politicians are landlords in Dublin so they will do anything to benefit their business. I am so moving out of Ireland as soon as I graduate.

On the Tesla, why not try the black rims on and see what she looks like? You may love the look. The water leak in the house looks like a reasonable fix, if its only that pipe leaking.
