@@rudilunk1555 it's an RF noise source, just a nuisance. People who build poorly designed circuits like this, and operate illegally, are interfering with licenced users. I doubt the author of this video even has the equipment to measure the circuit's output frequency, power, and deviation. Some people monitor frequencies and track down unlicensed interference sources. You never know who might be knocking on your door at night...
