No, the minimum wage is a wage that the government dictates to make businesses pay somebody paying somebody what they’re worth is not paying them minimum wage if you appreciate an employee you pay them based off of what they’re worth to the company. 😲 only 5 days of paid leave! The minimum in Europe is 4 weeks and that doesn’t even include public holidays. My previous job I had 6 weeks paid leave and that didn’t even include the public holidays and the long extended Christmas break which was compulsory. The office was closed over Christmas and we returned in the New year after the bank holiday. Goodness me, American’s are missing out on a good work life balance.

Some doing several jobs to make ends meet. Especially here in the UK, because of Brexit, and mismanagement of the economy. Things are really bad.
