If wired properly, the Bluetooth Controller should only have power to it if the vehicle is on or in accessory mode.

Q: if we decide to use both sets of output adapters, are we able to control each set on the app. Example: I have demon eyes and also lights on my intakes. The app controls them both at the same time but is there a way to control each individually?

Hey there! Unfortunately, no. You can control lights independently through our app, bit if you do not want them to be the same color, you will need another Bluetooth Controller.

Looks Great, but say I predominately have my phone synced (via bluetooth) to my vehicles internal Nav/Media Radio. Can I connect my phone up to the DD Lighting controller, set the color or style, then disconnect and re-sync to my vehicle? Or will this effectively 'turn off' the controller as it would no longer be receiving a command to display?

Unfortunately when using our Bluetooth app, you will not be able to control any other Bluetooth devices at the same time. In your case, you would not be able to utilize any Bluetooth devices within your vehicle while controlling the LEDs.

I’ve now gone through 4 of these controllers. Everytime it’s set up, it eventually malfunctions with range, or Bluetooth pickup, or connection to the phone.
