Hey Alex! Not exactly. This is an add-on, color changing light that can be attached to your projector housing. It does not replace any of your bulbs and will require custom installation.

So... what about security? Having used other RGB Bluetooth controllers in the past, I have noticed they typically use a blanket Bluetooth PIN Code. This means that it is quite easy for someone with a similar setup to take control of your RGB Bluetooth Controller. Obviously this is more annoying than a true problem, but it is something I would like to know about. Cheers! - Mark

I have a Morimoto set Up but that Bluetooth controller sucks and doesn't connect fast enough and I have to constantly manually turn on the color. Does your controller work better and can I swap the controllers out with my morimoto controller and put yours in replace of it?

You can certainly run everything off of one controller. That being said, if you want to control the lights at separate times, you would need two separate controllers for that function.

@@hussianfarlis8543 Our Bluetooth Controller does not have a password- it will stay connected to the phone it was last connected with. Typically, you must disconnect power to the controller in order to connect to a different phone, so you shouldn't have any issues with others connecting to yours!

@@V33829 Correct, you can control up to 8 controllers in one app in a single session. Each controller should be regarded as a separate "group" as they can operate 4 lighting items each (can't individually control the lights - they are all grouped off of a single function via the controller). So if you want to independently control left and right side lights, you will want a controller for the left side, and a separate controller for the right side. That kind of thing.

Once you turn your car back on, the last setting when the car turned off will automatically turn on, no new connecting the device needed!
