God encourages his followers to nourish their bodies and souls with nutritional and Spiritual food. Let's look at Ecclesiastes 9:7 Go, eat your food with gladness, and drink your wine with a joyful heart ❤️, for God has already approved what you do. I hope this helps. I have recipes in a cooking 🍳 box. I am to lazy to get in the cabinet to get it out. I get on my phone 📱 to see what or how other people make food.
