Hi, you can refer the annual report. You can calculate the CSR Easily by using the formula : To calculate the CSR, you can use the following formula: CSR = (number of claims settled/total number of claims made) × 100 o For example, if an insurance company receives 100 claims and settles 98, its CSR is 98%. Please provide company wise claim ratio specially for Health Insurances, if possible. So as a consumer we can take call easily. As even HDFC ERGO being top company in this sector, is doing such malpractices like they have figured out partying penalty to IRDAI is cheaper for them than to reimburse their paying customers. Speaking from personal experience.
