Specially economic zone are for exports only, they are tax free for Import export into the zone and out of zone to other country not inside India . to agar SEZ se kuch ban k aata india mein hi to vo as a import count hota hai or vaise hi tax lagta hai (Sez are treated as foreign territory). Jabki south east asia country k saath FTA sign hai unka maal SEZ k maal se sasta padta hai India mein hi isiliye SEZ itni taraki nhi kr paate

Pvt. firm adopting colleges isn't a new idea. It didn't work before(there r exceptions), it won't work this time either. Companies would rather go to other states or shift business to other countries. Problem with Congress's communist ideology is that its BOOKISH, not PRACTICAL. If they want this to succeed, they need to give companies INCENTIVES to do something beyond earing PROFIT. May be give them some TAX REFIEF or wave of CSR (if they r paying)

State govts should also provide additional incentives, that way richer states can also increase the chances of investments coming in. Tu ek hi jump me stairs kud k upar wale floor chla jata hai kya? abhi 5 trillion bhi nhi huyi hai economy... And secondly Maglev train and its tech is way more expensive and hence reducing its feasibility. Even countries which have maglev are not expanding its network coz its not worth it, bullet train is more practical.

bro maglav trains are extremly costly and not profitable. that's why only china operates maglev line and that line also is only around 20km. it is not worth building such trains just for show off
