And she’s an EOY character but very obviously themed for the Concord summons. Idk man, I’m confused but she’s cool and I want to add her to my roster

It's another True Shikai, yeah. But also different due to it being Ichigo after his training in the Soul Palace and the use of Getsuga Jujisho. 8th Anniversary Ichigo was right when he forged his new blades (The whole theme of the 8th anniversary was the Origin of Ichigo's Blade/Power.)

Imo he’s better than Unohana, and no rampage isn’t problem for him cuz still frenzy 2 with sp boost and 100% damage on proc’ed enemies.
