You're almost correct, but they're not bound to the contract or ADOR anymore since they issued a formal notice to ADOR through the law firm they hired. Now all that is left to do is to get the judge's decision on whether HYBE breached trust and contract conditions. If they rule in favour of New Jeans, the girls win. If not, girls need to pay up. That's what it is, but in no way are they breaching their contract. They have a legal, valid claim against HYBE.

That’s not how this works, you need substantial evidence (which they neglected to provide) that states your contract should be ended and approval/confirmation If that were the case, every and anyone would be out of their incredibly irritating contracts they naively signed. Not sure why you decided to state this false information. You send the notice and you have to go to court for the court to decide the dispute. Any activity that acts as if you’re out of said contract is not allowed as there is no confirmation whether you’re still in said contract. It is almost as if you’re breaching and can technically be considered so. You only need basic logic to figure this out, but those who understand further can also explain. You don’t end a contract until it’s ended. This is not ended. This is telling a company you’re leaving and them retorting back that you still have a contract. To end a contract requires both parties agreements. To act as if the contract you have with the company is finished just because you say it is - is a costly mistake because the court will impose fines and penalties for this that are within and without if said contract for it. You don’t know how contracts work. They will pay a price (because it is not allowed) because if the court determines their contracts are still valid they now have to pay even more penalties and have yet another law suit for beaching. You need to think rationally because this is actually how it’s done. Why would the court allow you to proceed as if you’re not in a contract only to not know if you’re in said contract and breaching it? Why would a contract allow that? This is common sense law and contracts. What they’re doing is not allowed And if you’re going to state they have something that’s valid against Hybe, explain it. I don't think you understand the KMCA which is backed by the Ministry has indicated blacklisting NJ, and some silly commentators are saying they can't do this, but they don't seem to understand who is on the board of the KMCA, it includes not only the major agencies, but the major international record labels, the industry can and will blacklist them. NJ terminated their contract and yes, looking at it at a legal point of view, they should face consequences. But context is also important. We can't really say that they are automatically bad people or something. These girls also have lawyers and I would like to think that despite being young, they aren't that dumb enough to not know what contracts are and how they work. All I'm saying is that people seem to already have made a judgement on things when nothing is final yet.
