Honestly I think people are just worn out. Cars are 100k without a second thought, housing prices are escalating much faster than wages, with million dollar homes considered "average" inflation is a tax that never sleeps and we're being lied to daily that it isn't as high as people see and feel when they shop. Interest rates haven't done a thing except increase the costs of major purchases or credit card payments. 100k for a Jeep? It's not hard for anyone living in the real world to see why they're not selling.

I think it’s mostly interest rates has nothing to with that cliché about wages, which I’ve been hearing forever. Lots of people in the United States have plenty of money to afford a payment on these. Maybe they just don’t want to right now.

One thing you are a little to young to remember in the 80’s the grand Wagoneer was the 1st luxury 4x4 SUV and they were pricey mostly ranchers and rich people in the mountains bought them because all time four wheel drive. So These were always expensive

even back in the 1970s it was expensive but jeep had low spec wagoneer with vinyl seats utilitarian and the org Cherokee 1974-1983 was based on the SJ

Nigh vision is good for country roads in the south, especially wooded areas with narrow shoulders and deer.

I bought a used 2023 Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve this past winter which has very much all the same interior. For the price with the amount of luxury goodies inside, could not find anything close!

CDJR has the worst quality in the world. Their prices need to reflect that - they should rightfully be the cheapest car in every category and their prices should be about 35% lower.

First, thanks for continuing to put out good content. We started looking for a large 4X4 SUV last January knowing we were moving to a region with strong winters, and we watched nearly all of your reviews on large SUVs. We settled on the Grand Wagoneer Series II Obsidian based on your reviews, as well as some videos from mechanics and other experts, and so far we've had no regrets. Was it expensive... yes. The most expensive vehicle we've ever purchased. Am I concerned with potential mechanical issues while Jeep continues to work out the kinks of this new platform... yes. Yet, it's the best thing we've ever driven in terms of comfort and power. Your comments about the handling, ride and interior comfort were spot on. If these aren't selling like they should, it's most likely because of the economy. High interest rates are killing the luxury market and making the middle class rightfully hesitant to borrow at such high rates. I've seen many comments from people stating they would never spend so much on a Jeep. While understandable, this is really not a Jeep. It's more like a Chrysler version of an Escalade. If you want an Escalade or Navigator, the GW is a worthy competitor, and more than just a 'Jeep.' At some point it needs to be disassociated from the Jeep brand and recognized simply as a Wagoneer or Grand Wagoneer. I know they're trying to do that now, but they need to commit to it.

I have a 24 obsidian and I love it had a 22 escalade n only thing I miss is super cruise the grand wagoneer is better in materials n features but I hate the gloss black where the gear shifter is it's hard too keep clean period

I’m hearing from multiple blogs that the Hurricane SST is problematic and a sizable number of Wagoneers/Grand Wagoneers have electrical issues stemming from short wiring harnesses. There’s all sorts of stuff going on at Stellantis right now.

🎉❤So, Week Of June 26th Family Reunion, We Rented a Beautiful ,Frosty Jeep Grand Wagoneer, From Enterprise, It Literally Just Came Off the Trailer, We Traveled Down To Ellenwood, Ga And It was The Best Choice , and The Best Ride Enterprise, Really Tickled My Mind and Had My yself Manifesting, I wanted to think about a dew things, But I felt so Good , the Entire famiky was like Perfect vehicle it had everything we needed. I wanted a suburban, Or Yukon , but This Was Exceptional , Spoiled me . The Second Seat I wish had that extra seat. The middle console was a waste. But everything else was amazing. The Price is Crazy. Now All the Suvs I wanted I am like Ummm ,the Eyes just see the Jeep Grand Wagoneer Now.!!

When Stellantis is asking over $100K for some versions of these, you can easily go to a true luxury brand and actually pay less. Also there have been quality issues with the new Hurricane engine.

There is no reason to ever buy one of these give Jeeps lose their value precipitously during the first 3 years and the cost to run this truck. Plus the quality of Jeep products simply does not compare. However, I could see leasing this vehicle perhaps with pre-tax dollars through a business; otherwise simply not worth it. For the money Jeep is asking, I can buy a Porsche SUV.

Having owned two REAL Grand Waggoneers and two FULL SIZED CHEROKEES. I was deeply disappointed in these fakes Jeeps. You should check out the VIGILANTE Grand Waggoneer VASTLY SUPERIOR to the JEEP OFFERINGS.

Nobody buys them because the bottom dollar base model is $95,000.00 and the Obsidian 3 top model is $120,000.00. And you are basically buying a Dodge SUV made by FCA US LLC. And its made in Mexico. Made poorly with all kinds of electrical issues and transmission issues. Hell, you can get a brand new Electric Hummer EV for less than this. Even the new Escalades are slightly cheaper. 1. Ghetto ugly. Chrome add on is ugly and makes it look like a jacked up Chrysler 300. The C pillar looks like the designers ran short on time. B. It’s coming from Stellantis which has some of the worst quality in the last few years. C. It’s laughably expensive. The cars in that price range are better in almost every way. D. They launched it with old engines and then introduced a problem plagued Hurricane engine. E. People still remember what a POS the similar Jeep Commander was.

You guys are very very much incorrect cuz the Wagoneer is selling it was the only Jeep vehicle in the whole entire lineup the increasing sales as of this time last year I mean 16,000 units of the Wagoneer and a little over 4,000 of the Grand Wagoneer and a lot of that is due to the extended wheelbase
