my 2015 M6 challenger scatpack made 444hp/443tq stock. Now its tuned/cammed with LT's and its aroudn 480 at the wheels (revs to 6700), so 560-580 ish at the crank. No cold air or throttle body upgrade, I was told it was not really worth it but technically i could probably pick up more HP if I got them in, but then its another retune which negates all the gains cause a proper tune is like 800 dollars lol. These cars are underrated btw...

Scat392, another great video, is there a big difference between my stock T/A"392" cold air intake that feeds from hood ram air, as well as, the front light compared to the JLT cold air intake? As soon as warranty expires 17 July 2021 I want to add a 84 mm "Fastman" throttle body with a 93 octane Jay Greene tune. With my 18' T/A "392" Auto. How hard is it to swap PCM/PCU? Are there any wiring changes to circuit breaker box and if so are those wires exposed?

Next year, I’ll be ripping the guts out of my 5.7 challenger and my goal is 420-440whp using the JLT intake and other mods. HOWEVER , there’s some heat management that you can do to further improve your numbers without influencing the sound of the car so the extra power is invisible to anyone except the driver. That’s going into my 5.7 as well. 😈

392's HATE heat. If the engine is heatsosked from previous pulls, the car will go Hot Spark tables(lower timing values). Low coolant temps and low Intake Air Temps are ABSOLUTELY KEY to making consistent power with these cars. The Hellcat inlet tube(from headlight) is a cheap and easy mod that will also help. The JLT box has provision for it as well. 442 is solid for Tune, CAI & T-body. Nice numbers man! Just watched your upload last night. Hope the car is OK.🤞👊

not bad... what was the DA for the testing? That could also have a effect on numbers as well. If those first tests were at a DA of 900 and the new tests at 300 that could be the difference. Also too, if you can... when you do your in car commentary please fix that mirror mode! It drives me nuts seeing you backwards lol. Just hit that mirror option on your iPhone!

It most likely won't beat this one in my prediction, this fastman 84 flows like an 88 because of the half shaft mod according to my tuner and Dan who makes them. Dan is one of the only guys out there who is making these correctly. Thanks though for stopping by!

You dont need a tune but I definitely reccomend getting one. Just get an email tune. You'll see better gains with one.

Yes it does, however, you don't actually get one of the tubes that goes up to the light, its just a big hole that allows air in from the light. Its a lot bigger than the hellcat hole though so it probably brings in more air I would assume on the street atleast.

Nice comparison of the intakes. I did a track day of the Hellcat airbox vs Mopar cai a few years ago. Once my car gets back and we can dial in the tune, planning on a Hellcat vs Mopar vs JLT comparo. Be interesting to see how well each one helps/hurts a cam upgraded 392.
