Well, since gibson bought mesa i said to me that i would never buy a mesa. There was a time i even looked at the launchbox rect. And i am glad i bought my engl 6L6 fireball 25. Less than 900 euros and i paired with a 250 euros hb 2x12 v30 celest...what a bargain.

Nah, Mesa/Boogie has always been overpriced. If you want an affordable II C+ look into the Synergy IICP module. $400 for the module, $400 for the dock it goes in, you'll need a power amp as well. Altogether it's like a fourth of the price of a real II C+ head.
