There is persona, Shadow and ego all part of the map of the soul album each song is done by one of the rappers. DKDKTV has an explanation for all of them. This whole series is based off the philosopher Carl Jung theories.

I’m so glad you’re enjoying getting to know each one of them individually! With RM being a literal genius, he’s a master at writing lyrics and playing with words. His music is always very deep. J-hope’s music is usually very bright and positive, but he wanted to explore some of his darker side with his first official album, and SUGA’s lyrics have always helped him process his anger and past traumas. With the vocalists, you’ll find that JK and V usually like to tell stories with their songs instead of speaking about themselves. Jin likes to have fun and keep things light. Jimin will sing about his own good and bad experiences, but also likes to make comforting songs for ARMY.

There’s a reason this song is on my high-rotation list! Awesome that you started exploring RM with this song. It was released in April 2019. He’s an incredible lyricist and deep thinker. Being the leader of BTS has put a lot of pressure on him. Being fluent in English also meant he was doing the bulk of the interviews and speaking for the group and he doesn’t take that responsibility lightly. . I agree with what you said about different aspects of our personalities. We’re different people at work, with family or friends; we show them different sides of us, which means we are different people to each of them. I used to have very disparate groups of friends when I was 18 ish and had completely different clothes in my wardrobe depending on which group I was going out with. It was always tricky if I was meeting up with a different group later in the night than the group earlier in the night, because I had to wear something that could transition between both groups and the respective clubs/venues we’d be going to. Fun times 😂

My husband is from Kosovo. When I first heard him speak Albanian, I thought somebody else had entered the room 🤣 He’s voice was deep and he is louder. When he speaks English he is quieter. Victor, I like your reaction, RM El Capitan is amazing. Other songs that I like are Wildflower, I love you Seoul, and Joker. There’s always a story around why RM composed the songs…in response to something that was happening at the time, the media, pressure, or haters and such. Other songs you should listen to is Do You and the 3 Cyphers. If you want to venture out deeper into the RM world I highly recommend you listen to the whole album that was just recently released by him. The album is not very long and is very different, almost like a grown-up version of him…very experimental and meaningful.

I study linguistics at university and can agree that most bilingual/multilingual speakers experience that! I would guess it is because usually one uses the languages in different situations or with different people and act accordingly? You know, like your personality also changes kinda when you talk with friends vs your boss etc. It's just a guess, I haven't researched about it but in my classes usually most feel the same way 😆 btwww this was the first song RM performances at the 2019 MMAs that you reacted to 👀

Thaaanks ..hmm I think it's abit more deeper than that and what I mean by that is that I've worked in few countries for a long period of years , 2 In Holland. 10 in ireland etc and I can tell ya that from.personal experience is not the social connections that influence the way you speak , I think it's the fact we've learned certain social rules and behaviour patterns when we were young in the native language and I think that influence alot the tone of hiw we approach a conversation bit later in life we learn a secondary set of those and we try to adapt to cultural habits and way of speech and there the difference becomes more noticible ! My opinion anyway

Spring Day is a great tribute to a horrible ferry crash. It's OK to compare the value of bts songs.. Rm has a lots of song from his 2 mixtape and 2 albums to react and it has so many genres to make compares to others members.. but in the end you will love all of the member equally.. cos their individual works and song very good and unique represents their inner soul and identities..its hard to choose the favourites in Bts members.. They're all crazy good 😊
