V is a baritone but he has the widest vocal range in the group. He can hit the high notes like the tenors in the group but has the deepest voice. He also has the most versatile vocal tone and effects. RM has said the V can sing many different genres and sound authentic and plays the saxophone and has a love for jazz. He is a musician’s musician and is not chasing the charts but is interested in exploring his art. His MV’s inspire critical thinking with multiple layers of storyline. He is the smooth crooner, R&B, neosoul singer of the group and has the most soulful voice. You should check out Singularity for his deep neosoul voice and stigma for his high notes. His solo album is a no skip slow r&b jam and his tiny desk is a must.

@@VictorNightroadcan’t wait. Also to give you an idea of his creativity in this video, here is my take on it. I started with the Pygmalion theory with V’s twist on it and am now ending with my other interpretation of this artistic multi layered story. I see this MV as the tensions between the real Tae and his celebrity persona V. Tae said he created the V persona for BTS group performances and that when he comes off stage he is just Kim Taehyung. In this mv we see V on the stage in the theatre and Kim Taehyung sitting on the seat as the ‘audience’. We have a sculpture brought to life living the happy life in paradise with someone he loves. The two face off at the end showing the inner tension of an artist wishing he can have a normal life. Tae’s facial expression showing the acceptance of the reality that he has to give up the paradise he wants for the sake of being V the artists. At the end, we see him outside the mansion walking on the driveway coming to a complete halt, as if he cannot go any further, which is the depiction of Tae having to leave his personal life-wishes on hold. The final scene is V in the glittery shirt depicting that V the artist will still continue as he wants to continue to express his art and Tae will put his one personal life on the back burner for now. Tae has always played with duality we know that he sees his stage persona V as the tiger and himself as the bear. I think the black ink running down his face is symbolic of him as a writer/creator of this storyline for Winter Ahead back in 2022 and then seeding all his songs afterwards with hints. We had a running theme in the Layover EP with two versions of him, the glammed up rock star in the leather and sequinned outfits (V) and Tae as the guy in ordinary clothes sitting at home lamenting about a lost relationship (Rainy Day). The album comes across as a singer having a relationship but cannot sustain it due to his job and so ending the relationship amicably as the lyrics in ‘For Us’ states one is in California and they are still waiting for each other. Again the tension between the artist and his wish for a normal life. In addition, Tae, the story teller, seeded each mv with little Easter eggs like multiple V’s in a virtual world in Slow Dancing, the two parallel lives in Fri(end)s with him having the accident with a bloody face and ending the mv facing himself (note: last mv before Winter Ahead. We also had him as a sculptor/painter in Rainy Days. Winter Ahead was filmed in 2022, and this was the time they talked about their struggles and the ‘hiatus’ so V the stage persona was coming to an end (all be it temporarily). He was also reflecting on the uncertainty of what Kim Taehyung would be facing with the release of his first album which Suga said was very Kim Taehyung (not V the bright shining star as a bts member) and also having some nerves about their enlistment and return as idols. So many layers, so many interpretations for this piece of art created by Tae. Tae really inspires critical thinking with his thought provoking art. He allows us to take his art and interpret it as we want and seeing the amount of different interpretations being made, all of them fitting the mv is a testament of a real artist. Time for big hit to stop listing V in the kpop category on platforms.

Great reaction!! When your eyes got big upon being surprised by his beautiful rich decadent voice lol I read that red jacket tae was created by black jacket tae along with all the others in white dancing. If you look closely at the others they were also statues in that sculpting room. Black jacket Tae created red jacket tae and others because he was lonely. Red jacket longed to live a life that he only dreamt of. So to make it reality he tried to kill his creator which is black jacket tae and take his place. Which is why we see the blood (?) dripping down his (black jacket) face. If you look closely where he marked the "x" or "v" on the statue he sculpted.. it's on red jacket tae behind his ears. So red jacket tae was dreaming of friends and his lady love to all have none of it be true and shattered once black jacket tae came back in the end to "confront" him. The other statues started to disappear slowly because their creator had destroyed them because the sculptor (black jackets creation longed tae) realized this is false happiness. His last creation which was a version of himself (red jacket) was destroyed last which is why we see the shattered sculptor at the end. I got chills towards the end because the way creator and creation looked at each other with the “I know” was wild. That’s just my theory on this MV. Love Taehyung artistry and how he always leaves us with these beautiful visuals for us to figure out the meaning behind MV’s.

He has his first solo album called LAYOVER which is a no skip album. He has 5 MVS for it. They all are fantastic which is no surprise cause he takes a lot of pride in what he releases. V will never release something that isn’t dear to him. He wants the listener to enjoy all his music. WINTER AHEAD is his first jazz single and it’s beautiful. Vocally he is so unique cause of his vocal range. His deep sweet honey smooth vocals are so captivating. More importantly V is a very humble man. He is the social butterfly of BTS so he has many close friends from celebrities, old and young, to his high school friends. According to Jimin V is the most down to earth of them all. What you may have missed is that many of the lines are sung by Park Hyo Shin, who is a well-known Korean singer and a life-long friend of V's. It's sad that he's not actually in the video. They made a promise to each other when they were very young that one day when they grew up they would sing a song together. When you get the chance to listen to more of V's solo music you'll see that he's heavily influenced by Jazz and "Crooner" style music, which suits his voice so well. He's about to drop a remake of Bing Crosby's White Christmas that's been digitally remastered as a duet with him and Bing. It's like a dream come true for him to "collab" with one of his idols.

Vine corriendo a ver la reacciona a mi Bias V (Kim Taeyung) esperare por los subs para verlo de nuevo jejeje. y Compararlos entre ellos conociendo aun tan poco de su trabajo me parece no conveniente y mas cuando uno tiene gustos diferentes y con BTS hay para todo gusto jejeje Como dije antes cada integrante tiene estilo y voz tan peculiar y dificil de decir cual es mejor, amo a todos, ya que cada uno aporta rasgos tan distintos, y juntos ni que decir saben como engranar y crean arte. V tiene un rango vocal muy amplio, tonos bajos y altos por eso me gusta tanto, obvio sin dejar de lado a los demas, todos son increibles en sus solos; si te pones una playlist de sus canciones como grupo y en solitario solo de integrantes de BTS parecera que estas escuchando a diferentes artistas sin darte cuenta que son los mismos 7 chicos por su versatilidad de estilos, inlcuso solos de un mienbro varian tambien sus estilos, puedes encontrar rap, baladas, R&B y etc en un solo integrante 🥰 por eso los amo tanto💜. Si amas el Jazz debes reaccionar al album en solitario de V = Layover, al tema slow dancing, love me egain, rayni days y Stigma donde se aprecia su rango variado. For the song, there’s not really a official theory behind it, i suppose it’s up to the viewer’s interpretation, but for me, everything in the video is fake and in his mind, all the statues he created came to life (just like the woman) possibly out of loneliness, depression or another mental disorder and he recognised that, but even the other version of himself is, as he touched the back of his neck to find the markings he had made on the statues. i find BTS and taehyung in particular very interesting in their meanings behind music videos and lyrics, there’s always another meaning, their creative aspects are insane. Definitely check out their BTS universe storyline, which run across the majority of their music videos and discography as a whole, it’s INSANE. i’d start with “I NEED U (original version) and then “RUN” (not run bts)
