Senior, serious question. Those massive buildings with single pain windows has to be really inefficient. I grew up in MN, how much is the monthly bill? I imagine it's in the thousands. I always wonder when I see your building if you would benifit from the plastic window wrap that you put on the inside and shrink with a hair dryer.
