Slow down on big counter hit launchers seems reasonable, the slowdown is also not as slow as in tekken 7, feels much less showstopping

Tekken 7 got me interested and I put in maybe like an hour into the game and then I saw Tekken 8 was announced and I figured there was no point gaining the muscle memory just to forget it by the time it came out so I shelved Tekken altogether and am patiently waiting for Tekken 8.

Yeah it's good to go ahead and get the Fundamentals down so you want have a hard time on tekken 8 when it comes out if your planning on playing online.

I believe his character design was originally based on Devilman and Vegeta. You can definitely see both whenever you look at him.

@@wanted2657 nah they've shown both law and paul just not in the gameplay trailer style like this, was more in gameplay demos so they could show mechanics. In comparison to even nina, this kazuya trailer is def a step up

The thing is, when they showcased the heat mechanics and all, with Paul and Law, the game doesn’t look good. But with the first trailer and this one, the game game looks beautiful!

It's in alpha we are gonna see a lot of it during evo Japan's event and that's so cool. And tbh I don't agree it looked bad during the mechanics show case. It looks good but it got even better. Tekken 7 got the Tekken team MOOOOONEY! so it's awesome this is quickly growing in it's favor thanks to this great trailer.

Yeah, Tekken 8 is looking better trailer by trailer, just look at the Nina one, it doesn't come close to this. I think that they showed the story trailer just a bit too early, things were still not polished properly. Let's hope the new System is gonna be fun because i want to enjoy this version of Kaz so much

People are saying this game looks like T7 because the lighting on the coliseum stage looks bare in comparison to the MK9 Coliseum, Jin and Kaz look good cause this stage has story mode relevance and were in the oven longer than Botox Law

In a 3D Fighting Game there should not be Projectiles and Super Attacks. Tekken is more a 2D Fighting Game nowdays.

@@Jamal.O Look back at the past. Who started with 3D Fighting Games. It was Sega with Virtua Fighter. Tekken adopted it. Now it looks like Street Fighter due to the camera angles and supers.

@@Eddy-l2h A shared mechanic does not make two games look the same. That's like saying all shooting games play the same and look alike because they have guns, ADS, grenades etc. That's a flawed comparison.
