if you like showing off kazuya is the character for you! if you want combo expression kaz is the character for you! if you can’t handle losing he’s not for you since he requires heavily on knowledge. punishment: 10f 1,1,2 11f b1,2 12f 2,2 or b1,2 13f pewgf or 1+2 14f ewgf 15f df1 extensions anything after -15 you can ewgf pretty easily after a bit of practice

I’ve been searching through videos and I havent found a video that really explains kazuya’s mechanic and whatever 50/50 mixup for a player who’s never played tekken or new to the game

2,2 isnt a punisher anymore since it isnt a natural combo anymore, 1+2 is 12f, sort of buffed as a punisher since it leaves facedown head forward. Lost df1,2 as a 15f punish into steel pedal for guaranteed easymode 15f block punishing so you don't have to rely on EWGF. No more FF2 13f long range punish for deathfist or Hei FF2 (if he comes back). Net loss in the punishment tools

@@memerishing870 you knockdown opponent, you hellsweep them after they mash techroll. You do this until they respect it and start crouching on wakeup, then mix in either ff3 or his mid heat engagers. If they dont attack all day, roll up on them with hellsweeps until they react to it, then counter their reactions. If they attack a lot, wait until you're +frames to hit confirm a 1,1,2, poke with b2, see how they respond. Kaz has good frame traps with EWGF, f+4, SS1+2, d+1+2 and to an extent fff3. F+4 is the best, do an f+4 and then do df2. If they keep trying to press buttons you get a launch, if they block it then you know they are more likely to respect the frames and you can hellsweep or db4 or d1+2.

@@NYG5 thanks, it helped me understand more with kazuya’s playstyle, anyway how could you do a breakdown brief of frames? I dont really have a full understanding of it

This is was simplistic as fuck, and I enjoyed watching and taking down all notes on my notepad of every move you've listed in sections. I like the 50/50 playstyle and the how skill expressive he demands as you put in hours, such fitting for his character.

Yes, video's like this will do great work, if some1 doesnt rly Carey much bout Tekken. I didnt watched, but your voice is good but ill give u a tip: If u want in Demo T8 no-attacking dummy just go to NPC in first room of your arcade quest. Go to tutorials and pick #3 option, its about RageArts. Im practicing my PWGFS this way 😊

I just started playing tekken but I can’t tell you how many times I’ve won a round just going into heat when the enemy is low and just pressing 3+4 for that beam lol! They never suspect it because no one ever uses it.

miss kazuyas tekken 6 move list..specifically the, back back Y Y move ( x box controller). Not sure if it was known but that move allowed slower timing to execute the last Y push to trick the opponent to think you finished the move only to duck down and clip their ankle.

2,2 is no longer a natural combo sadly. It used to be my favourite punishment on T7, but now they can block the second punch even if they get hit by the first one. Haven't tried the CH version though.

Could be, depends on the range. I think thats what they designed the move for since its on block frames suck.

1 = Square 2 = Triangle 3 = X 4 = Circle Look up Tekken Notations. It'll help you learn.
