Hello, friends!
Today, I’m going to show you a recipe that’s sure to become a hit in your kitchen! We’ll be cooking eggplants in a way you’ve never tried before. This recipe is so delicious that it could easily replace meat patties on your table! Tender, juicy minced meat combined with aromatic herbs and spices, baked inside soft eggplants, creates the perfect dish that just melts in your mouth. Let’s cook together!
Ingredients:
- Eggplants - 3 pcs
- Onion - 1/2 pc
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Ground meat - 200 g
- Smoked paprika, pepper mix, coriander, dried herbs, salt to taste
- Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
For the skillet:
- Tomatoes - 5 pcs
- Ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Herbs to taste
- Water - 200 ml
Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake for approximately 45 minutes.
