So sorry, but which brushes did you use for your shimmer shades? I got this when it first came out at Ulta because I did buy one of last year's holiday LA Girl palettes (the one with the pink glitter case) and it actually is a beautiful neutral palette. So far I am really enjoying my Dazzle All The Way palette and I find that it performs better than some high end palettes, including the Bobbi Brown Shade and Light Palette I own that has similar colors but not nearly the same quality.

I used a flat brush from the Luxie gold brush set & yes I agree this palette is bomb & has a great formula 😍
