Are all of the colors on that palette safe to be used as eyeshadows? I'm confused because it says on the back some are not safe for the eyes ? 😕

No, your right. Any shade that has a * next to it, isn't supposed to be used on the eyes. I've used them & they don't bother my eyes but it might give a reaction to someone else. I don't understand why brands would put shades in an eyeshadow palette that aren't used for the eyes, it's not like there blushes & bronzers there eyeshadows. I think every brand has to disclose this information. ❤️
