The targets are far from perfect, did wrong to someone, or acted badly, but, what I saw happening is an orchestrated attack. Blake was rude, and has a history of rudeness that people don't like and they still didn't like it and even thought they are blaming it on Sony, the reason they were refusing to focus on DV in the promotion of a movie about DV is they were more interested in promoting Blake's products and they though DV was a heavy, negative topic that would negatively affect the sales figures on these strange, unrelated products Blake was focused on selling. People thought her behavior was strange and didn't understand why she was acting like she was. The actual products she was pushing were also not of good quality and most notably, the Blake Brown hair care products were not only getting horrible reviews online, people thought they were so bad, they were returning them and demanding their money back. People were angry she was selling crap at their expense. The worst thing she did was probably her promotion of a movie on DV which is heavy subject matter as a Rom Com. People were online, devasted and trying to warn other victims of DV what the movie was really about because there were a lot of unsuspecting, shocked and traumatized people who didn't know what they were walking into. I remember one young woman in particular talking about having a complete breakdown fight in the theatre, going into a state of shock and then breaking down in sobbing tears and she couldn't even pull it together enough to get herself out of there, she really was in a state of shock.

I read the first 50 pages of the lawsuit. It is outrageous! Trust me, you haven't heard the worst of it. This guy is despicable! He was trying to get dv survivors to DM him, asking his PR team if he could publicize their private interactions to gain public support!!! Or how he exploited terminal illnesses survivors for this show promising the funds would be for their care.... and it WASN'T. And how he uses terms of therapeutic care to manipulate ppl and seem like the good guy.... Dude sounds like a sociopath, among other things. GO READ THE DOCUMENT.

That was Sony and Wayfarer’s (Baldoni’s company) movie marketing plan for It Ends With Us. They told Lively to use that ‘floral and girlies’ phrase to promote the movie. That is why she used it every time she gave an interview and promoted the movie.
