You’re what’s commonly referred to as a whiner. Basically you F’d up by sending an incomplete camera, they received and inspected in a reasonable amount of time. They shipped you your package and you had it in your hands on the day the tracking info said it would arrive. Name not on the pacjage is odd, but you got it. You make it sound like your ‘experience’ with MPB was somehow bad. But it wasnt. Not at all

Thanks for your comment, I agree. The way the experienced was described is fair, and overall was positive - but they failed to meet their own expectations of time, and the experience was impersonal. Would I order from MPB again? Sure, I probably will.
