That safety is standard style, and I took a while to get used to it on my lever action. Good to be able to choose a lever action with a box magazine. Sounds like a great entry level lever action rifle.

There is a pic rail on the back of mine. They should come with one.

@ got mine brand new today, looks like there’s a pic rail but it’s very shallow and big. Nothing would hook on. I got the walnut one

It appears it doesn't "Sing" out like most .22 rifles and not so loud to give your position away when shooting multiple targets or am I wrong? Does the magazine carry more than 5 rounds? I really like the Walnut stock. It's very attractive. Thanks for a pretty good review and run through Mate.

no worries mate. it has a 10 shot mag and it is quieter than my semi auto but still same as a 18" bolt action.

Hello, what kind of mounting did you put on your weapon? I have the same model and i can't get the optics mounted because the piccantini rail is installed so far forward. 1:10

Mine came with two pic rails. One right at the top of the action behind the rear sight and one that is part of the rear sight. It might depend on which model you have if they provide a second one?

Thank you for your quick response. My model only has one rail, the one with the rear sight, installed. Well, I'll find a solution. In my version, the distance between the eyes and the glass is far too large.

It definitely does sell here I just picked one up. I hate the stupid lever safety thing but it’s a range toy so no real biggie there! For under 300 bucks this gun is outstanding

Nooo !!! One of the best things about a lever gun is the internal magazine that you don't have to worry about forgetting or losing ... You just added more moving parts to a very proven design... This is almost like going backwards !!!

well I have been using a fair bit lately and the more I use it the more I like it. I don't know how to prove it to you. It's something you would just have to try for yourself. if you like it good and if not that's fine to. there are plenty other 22s out there.
