If you sort the buses into groups, then you can select preferred bus groups in each route and then you can just auto assign the buses, so it will be so much simpler for you! E.g. put them in groups like Solos, Citaros, Geminis, and have each route have a specific group it uses, e.g. the 101 only use Geminis. Also, the 106 was quite busy so might want a bigger bus instead. Great video anyway! 😂

joe set the shifts for drivers at 13hours it reduces the amount of buses needed to run 1 service so more buses for other routes

Your 104 was 30 minutes late due to insufficient time for driver swap out. The time required is based upon the time in your 'settings' (Operation Schedule settings (top right)). hence leaving 10 minutes to swap is not going to cut the mustard :(

If you click on a shift you'll see the expected pax numbers, If above you highest capacity bus you need to add more busses via the timetable, also you need to match the numbers with the busses. Also get more drivers: by more I mean DOUBLE what you have now; a stressed driver will cause more delays! Also I've had drivers depart the depot with 1h+ delay while bus is in depot the whole time and its the drivers first assig,ment of the day... idk if that might be something with my low end pc o just a bug. It's a manager game, you need to look at the numbers. I've tried mimicking real timetables and it resulted overflowing busses (at 200 capacity) being late by 20+ min by 7am, empty busses on other shifts that are ment for 12-18y/o's going to and from school....

In the planner why not select vehicle type for the routes and auto assign driver and route

102s need dbl deckers - everything needs them. 100 just needs to be merged with the T1. 31:12 you put a decker on a 100. Your drivers work 80hr weeks. Buses 30mina late. JAG is a sham

I'd have kept the 106 as the W1 tbh. Like the T1, makes it more clear its a local route.
