Here's a Logia idea. The Oil Oil fruit basically you're an oil person made of oil and can spit out oil or whatever. That's like a real element thing right plus oil can be lit on fire and maybe used to cook with depending on the oil, plus I think some oil is like poison or whatever. The issue with it is that you can't resharpen it and it dulls pretty fast. Radiation/gamma rays is just high energy light, so Kizaru’s already got that covered. You could say you would have different logias that cover different parts of the light spectrum (Gamma, Ultraviolet, visible, Infrared, Microwaves), but that feels a bit too much like the dijon mustard/yellow mustard situation to me. A lot of the logia ideas I’ve had Tekking mentions in the video, like salt and leaves. But one I really like is a blood logia. Infinite transfusions, coagulate into hardened blood, control the blood of others possibly both outside and inside of their body, hide by becoming blood splatter on a battlefield or someones clothes, accelerate your own circulation to achieve something similar to gear 2, the possibilities are crazy

I don't know if Blood can be considered as an element or not, but just in case it is, it would be a really cool devil fruit in OP world. Person with this DF could suck others' blood til they died (based on the ability of Croc's DF). Or in some situations, he/she could pump blood into others' bodies and save them from the Death. On the whole, this DF could kill and heal people at the same time. Badasss :> P/s: Im thinking again because the ability to affect other people on the inside is yet to be included in the Logia-Eater properties. So, that ability might be in valid once they awaken their DF. This might be the answer to the question: "How would an awaken Logia DF be like?" because there has not been any awaken logia fruit in existence by far. That kind of fruit would affect not only the DF users themselves but also the others on the inside.

My thoughts of interesting logia fruit ideas before watching: Oil-Oil Fruit (displaces water and can also be heated or combust and burn enemies) Glass-Glass Fruit (could be shaped into sharp weapons, reflect light like a mirror or refract it like a prism, and be made into super fine glass shards that could kill people from the inside out) Glue-Glue Fruit (similar to mud/swamp, but also with super adhesion) Wood-Wood Fruit (lots of ways to use this -- sharp branches, manipulate wooden battleships, create wood constructs, maybe create paper, heal via photosynthesis and possibly no need to eat or drink) Stone-Stone Fruit (pretty simple... earth spikes, heavy rocks, basically bending earth) Gel-Gel Fruit (non-newtonian fluid that is super slippery, but can also be dense enough to do blunt force damage with lots of it) Cloud-Cloud fruit (blinding people, fly around and extra points if it's able be manipulated like sky island clouds) Fungi-Fungi fruit (Can become and manipulate various forms of fungi, toxic molds, and mushrooms with various effects)

I think the relationship between the sand sand fruit and salt salt fruit would be reversed, with sand as the watered down version. I could see a simple idea being a sadistic character causing tons of pain by cutting people and having salt in their wounds. A more advanced version would use the various chemical types of salts, providing for another Caesar Clown scientist type character.

Tar/asphalt fruit (Logia) - It will have properties of both tar and asphalt. They are different but not much. Both are dark, black, water proof, carbon based thick liquids. Tar was used to prevent wooden objects (ships) from rotting. So in OP we can exaggerate and use it for defence, not just from rotting but from all kinds of damages. We can coat many things as well, living or non living. So user can use it to coat himself, allies, weapons, ships, etc as defensive armour. Asphalt also work similar but it has more offensive use. Similar to how akainu attacks with his magma the user can attack with asphalt. But in this case the user can completely control the temperature of asphalt. He can touch it and change its temperature or he can asphalt-attack with pre determined temperature. It has boiling point of 525°C and freezing point of about 80°C or something. It can be exaggerated in OP world. These attacks will have weight and temperature of asphalt as damaging factors. Since it is highly viscous it will dramatically reduce mobility of enemies and their vehicles, ships etc. Frozen asphalt will immobalize them or completely trap them inside like Dr. Stone, but they will die due to lack of oxygen. Hot asphalt will burn skin, clothes, ships and sails. Similar to Aokiji trident and Kizaru lightsaber, user can mold it into various weapons. Physical attackers will get stuck to both tar and asphalt similar to how Luffy got stuck to Katakuri's mochi. Since both are water proof their coating will provide some kind of protection against sea. Maybe not on the same level as Aokiji but user will be less vulnerable against the sea. As a practical use, user can build high quality roads. Mainly tar is made from wood, coal, and asphalt from petroleum. So as a personality quirk, user likes to eat wood, coal, oil. In short, user will use tar for defence and asphalt for offence. The devil fruit can be known as Tar-Tar fruit (Taru-Taru no mi) or Pave- Pave fruit (Hoso-Hoso no mi). And fruit will resemble small piece of coal stone.

An elemental concept in asian countries has fire, earth, metal, water, and wood. Sometimes lightning and wind are a part of this as well as "light" and "dark" (or just positive and negative). (And I guess Japan likes the traditional 4 along with this fifth) However, there is a rare "element" that is considered the "strongest/weakest" and that is Void. Void is the concept of nothingness, it can't be affected by anything, it is the space between all things, and represents the energy/creativity of the universe. My idea for a logia fruit would be the void-void fruit. You could essentially turn yourself into the concept of nothingness. As long as you concentrated, nothing would affect you and you would have the ability to control the "nothingness" around you, essentially creating vaccums, extending spaces, creating things out of nothingness that woulding allow substance within their boundry, etc. You could also essentially teleport as nothingness technically exists everywhere and your body can take on its properties. Drawbacks would probably include total lack of awareness while fully nothing, extremely mentally taxing, and not being able to affect something without turning a part of you into substance again.

You know thanks to KZbin’s weird recommendation system, I actually have a pretty good DF idea after watching a certain video yesterday. Though this is not really Logia and more Zoan-y, it has a similar concept to Katakuri’s special paramecia which is similar to a logia. You’ve heard of Ancient Zoans, Mythical Zoans, but what about Special Zoan. Let me introduce you to the first (and probably last) Special Zoan, the “Ant Ant Fruit: Model Fire Ant” the user can create ants (only from their body), control any fire ants that are created or is located near the user, and transform the user’s body into a colony of fire ants. They will also gain the physical capabilities of fire ants (like how Zoan fruits usually enhance the user’s physical strength and speed). It allows the user to create defensive and offensive constructs that is free-standing or attached to the user’s limbs (no out-of-thin-air constructs cuz this is animals we’re talking about not elements) that is formed by the entanglement of a large colony of fire ants. It also allows the user to attack an opponent by commanding the fire ant to engulf the opponent and sting them. Utility wise this devil fruit, similar to Aokiji’s fruit, will allow the user to float above water due to the buoyancy of Fire Ant Colonies (search it up it’s pretty cool). It’s also very useful on the fact that you can create temporary structures such as (idk, humor me) small ships, buildings, etc. In my opinion, without any drawbacks, this fruit sounds too overpowered. So, to counter this, I was thinking that creating too much fire ants from the user’s body (the amount we’ll say about a 1-story small size skyscraper worth) will shorten the user’s lifespan by 1 day. This idea comes from the concept that creating life is a complex process and shouldn’t be easy. This law can be bypassed if the ants created didn’t die and the user commanded the ants to merge back into the user returning the corresponding amount of lifespan depending on the amounts of the ants that returned What do you think? (P.S Arghh Creepy crawly bugs everywhere!!! And Arghh, so long!!)

Would it be able to harden into a hard carapace? Ants would move at 350 mph if human sized, so in one piece that would obviously increase through training as their bodies have a crazy power capacity. How powerful would the venom be from their sting, their venom has local necrotic and hemolytic effects. So would it increase in strength and allow the user to basically sting them once and their body tissue starts to eat away and blood vessels rupture causing internal bleeding? Cause that would be a very frightening fruit in additon to what you had.

So aside from maybe a boost in venom and strength in the individual ants I don’t see their being any difference from regular ants

This inspired me to make my own list of logia ideas. Dust Dust Fruit: Allows the user to turn into dust at will. The dust can be used to blind and disoriente enemies. Excessive dust can be lit on fire. Steam Steam Fruit: Allows the user to turn into hot water vapor. The vapor can heat up and scald enemies. The vapor can also attach to glass and temporarily turn into condensation. (I thought up this one) Juice Juice Fruit: Allows the user to turn into fruit/vegetable juice at will. The user can change what kind of juice they are by consuming the specific fruits or vegetables.

Tekking, as an admin on a OP RP Site, I have years of ideas: Salt was one of my originals as well, its basically better suna suna. But here are some others: Hari Hari no mi: glass glass/crystal crystal fruit. I prefer glass because natural glass forms molten and crystalline but crystal implies multiple ceramics such as diamond so both concepts work. Chiri Chiri no Mi: dust dust fruit. Based on the American Dust Bowl, this fruit was made for a yonkou I designed for the RP. Dust is dead skin cells, microscopic insect poop, top soil, and any other loose particles that form dust. Dust storms are terrifying. Muda Muda no mi: radiation fruit, we allowed the user to form as both a light like and magma like radiation as the concept is nuclear waste. We allowed for a molten metal fruit at one point, and a nova nova fruit for plasma/star. Fukyu Fukyu no mi; compost fruit, an inbetween of swamp and dust, the user becomes a compost man, turning into the concept of decay, rotting, and fertilizing soil. The benefits of this fruit were that any plant seed became an usopp plant star, the user could control the way the plants grew to a near logia level, almost giving then a second element, as well as suffocating or burying foes.
