Seth MacFarlane even said that New Stewie became less evil and agressive when he decided to accept the fact he's not straight. I meant that the old Stewie (gay, but not in terms with it) was evil, while the new Stewie (Gay and accepts it) is harmless. Stewie being gay is a key component of the series, so when i talk about Stewie evil vs Stewie gay is obviously referrent to after/before he came to terms with it. So still, Stewie while being "gay" (coming to terms with it) is harmless
