Hey, love the video so far! Just heard your supply part and wanted to state (although you didn't seem to have too much of a problem) that: I usually ctrl click supply hubs where they fit and shift+ctrl click one central naval dockyard and shift+ctrl click railways, because if big or late game, all other buildings don't matter that much anymore and it's build faster as one thinks. Railways last, because they're cheap and more useful.

​ @Taureor I would guess one mil for each train and trucks is enough with your style of playing. I'm actually impressed what you achieve by not specializing armies actually, nice one! I guess you spared out the worst parts for supply actually, which is south america and the soviets! The way supply spreads out is easy to predict if you hover over an existing supply hub holding shift (and maybe switch through the option, because I think one of them increases range even). Using the "railway first" approach ensures supply hubs get perfectly supplied "eventually". I'd say if you ever have problems with supply, two things are important and two are secondary: 1. The field marshal or general supply option should be enough and avoids wasting precious trucks / trains (You did that one as far as I saw, just for reference) 2. Hubs where necessary, railways where your advance is not connected yet (naval dockyards are just land-entry hubs,) Secondaries: 1. Block allies from supply if supply is an issue and you call in your 1 googol vassals 2. Air supply is nerfed but still, with like 5 mils on air transport, you can probably cover many regions without even connecting supply (assignable to armies) Which brings me to one thing I think you'd enjoy and avoided as far as I saw: Assign airwings to armies. Yes, that might not be the perfect approach, but it's 0 maintenance. Combine that with increasing the assigned airwing size (split up say 60 into as many wings as you have armies, then tell every wing to go to 200 and then assign them to the armies) and you'll manage way less air stuff!

Suggestion: Create Lichtenstein and conquer Germany, France, the USSR, Italy and the UK. EDIT: Yeah, I take it back, it is pretty much impossible even with mods.

There's no Lichtenstein in the base game but some mods like Millennium Dawn probably has it.

What about an optimized puppetmaster run? One where you use optimized puppets (max size with their own cores) instead of maximized number of puppets? (So no breaking up France and UK's core territories, but releasing things like Egypt et al with large numbers of their own cores.)

Challenge Idea. Strong China - Play Japan - Unify China through console commands - Give China 2 million guns through console commands Objective : Capitulate China without using Collaboration Governments Difficulty : Very hard Personal notes : Forget naval invasion. 12 divisions per tile without ports & 20 per tile with ports. Although doable, too risky for Japan's limited resources.

@@thegreatestdane8978 Yeah you'd think would attrition themselves down. And they kinda do. But not enough to let you land an invasion force or push. You can eventually push on. But for the first few months you're just trying to not be pushed of the continent while getting enough artillery to making a unit strong enough to push in the north. Then once you've expanded in the north their lines get less stacked. Which helps because less units per tiles, but they have better stats because less attrition.

@Taureor I think there is a bug when puppeting nations that share a core in a province (in video Kurdistan/Syria in Deir-Az-Zur or in Yugoslavia). You cannot puppet them both in the peace deal, if you do, the latter nation will bug out and cannot be puppeted, only annexed or liberated. Unless it is the main nation (France in video) like you did in metropolitan France. Annexing and later releasing works though.

Dont have to join the axis to do this. If you go non-allighned you can get enough naval access to go all the way from japan to france. I also got miltary access from italy just before go non-allighned so army is right there after naval invasion lands.

You can do the stuff in the balcans much easier. You can get at least yuogoslavia just like you get the dominions in a pease deal with the UK. Just have some armies ready for when you take them so Romania doesn't make you loose everything. Plus, either the Czechs or Romania will be faction leader and thus a major, meaning even after the UK falls you are at war w a major and get fast wargoals

I used console to overrun USA as Mexico immediately in 36. I made sure to not join Japan until after I beat USA. I purposely left USA alive with only its pacific islands, the canal, and New England; I satellited Puerto Rico for later and left the USA democratic. The USA bugged out and did not take a focus for the rest of the game and never joined the Allies.

I suggest playing as Germany and conquering the Netherlands right off the bat, this allows you to invade the USA via Curacao, as long as you make sure to do maximum collaboration governments you will have a very strong industry and can go on to conquer anything you would like

1940 invasion tech is stupid. It's not like there was a need for bigger invasion forces before 1940, so the research in the game thinks such thing wasn't possible. Japan could have had 60 divisions naval invasion on China if they had taken them seriously at first.
