Base on the fact that this temple is high up on the side of a cliff and that Dr. Henry Loomis is extracting dna from the egg, I think this is likely a Quetzalcoatlus egg which will be one of three most massive creatures although based on some rumors and leaks regarding the film, Quetzalcoatlus will get a major redesign. It will be mostly feathered just like the Dominion version, mostly dark brown almost black, brown on the parts of its face not covered by feathers, light brown on its beak, have blue stripes on the back of its head and end of its neck, have a orangish throat pouch, have a dark brown protrusion with orange stripes on its beak, have no crest on its head, and slightly smaller than the Dominion version. Also apparently the film makers were originally going to go with Thanatosdrakon before replacing it with Quetzalcoatlus for some reason and if that is true then I think it should be renamed back to Thanatosdrakon due to it being unrecognizable as Quetzalcoatlus similar to how Sinoceratops was originally going to be Pachyrhinosaurus but was renamed to Sinoceratops due to it being unrecognizable as Pachyrhinosaurus.

The Giganotosaurus wasn't paleo-accurate at all. If anything else, it looked liked a redesigned Gorosaurus from the Godzilla franchise, which I didn't mind. Solid design, wrong franchise.

I'm still doubtful. The fact that this isn't ret-conning the last two JW movies out of canon, but keeping them while brings the tone of the first two JP movies, not to mention giving us a radically redesigned Spino give me memories of how after the first cut of Justice League flopped, WB kept the Snyderverse while simultainously semi-rebooting it. The result was a tonally confused mess that barely made anyone happy until it finally ended. From a pure objective standpoint, Universal should have waited 4-5 years, made the last two JW movies, if not the whole trilogy, non-canon, and start over from either JP3 or the first JW.
