OH YES I'M EXCITED!!! Honestly, I strongly believe this game will be soft canon along with Telltale's JP game, but I'll think of it and the JP game before it as natural canon unless I find something in the games' lore that doesn't add up. But do you know what I find interesting? This is the FOURTH official Jurassic Park game that has tried to tie in to the lore of the movie, and the second to be made by a game developing company backed by Universal. The first game that tried to tie in with the movie is the Sega CD Jurassic Park game, you play as an unidentified person sent by Ingen a few days after the survivors evacuated to retrieve dinosaur eggs in a time limit of 12 hours before Biosyn's mercenaries show up to make your job difficult. The next one is the Jurassic Park Arcade game, which is a rail shooter, the game's story takes place a few months after the movie, Ingen somehow convinces Dr. Grant and Sattler to return to the island and help tranquilize the loose dinosaurs. This game focuses less on the story and more on being an entertaining rail shooter game. The third one is the most popular, Telltale's Jurassic Park game, a four episode story driven point and click game released in 2011, four years before Jurassic World came out in theaters. The main reason why this game is soft canon is because Telltale was partnered with Universal during development of the game, and the other reasons are because the game's story expands on the fate of the Barbasol can containing the embryos after Nedry's death, the inclusion of the volcano Mt. Sibo in the game (the game's characters who are survivors left behind like Maya travel to the northern parts of the island, leaving in the North Dock, Mt. Sibo didn't exist in Jurassic Park lore until Telltale's JP game) eight years before its relevance in the story of Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom, and a subplot that explains how most (not all) dinosaurs on Isla Nublar, Rexy in particular, will be able to survive long enough to see Jurassic World without their daily dose of lysine supplements from Ingen employees (and the fact that there are no lysine rich plants in Isla Nublar for herbivores to eat, something the herbivores in Isla Sorna have in abundance).

I'd love a game like this that had an open world and some freedom... but honestly based on the trailer and the very little gameplay shown, it looks like an Disney World ride style of a game that runs on rails. Which means, every time you play, it's the same thing. No replayability. No variation. You're going to be following a sequential story, forced to run specific paths, some parkour, and you'll probably beat the game from start to finish in 6-8 hours. Somewhere around hour 5, you're going to finally make radio contact or receive a message of some kind from someone outside the Island who's either going to send a boat or a helicopter, and the next1- 3 hours will be about getting to the rescue craft, using 1 specific route and no way to deviate because of invisible walls (or real walls), with the same preprogrammed events happening along the way. Survival? Well if the goal is not to die, then every game is a survival game. *rolls eyes* Those getting their hopes up that this will be anything more than what I've described, reading your salty disappointment reviews is going to be delicious.

There were more than three Raptors on the island. I'm not even talking about the book I am referring to the facts that Alan and the kids come acrossed a Raptor's nest. So that would mean at least five Raptors because that Nest was too old to be have laid by the Raptors after power went out. 3 claw marks I'm positive is going to be Baryonyx because they did have Baryonyx in the park we just never saw it

Those baby raptors you're referring to are too young to be a threat. According to Muldoon, they don't become a threat to humans until they are eight months old. Unless those eggs were laid eight months before the movie, and if those five baby raptors managed to survive long enough on their own (since they are orphans), it is a stretch.

Baryonyx was planned to be added with 5 cloned on Isla Sorna, but they never made it into the park before the 1993 incident. For the animals that were present during the incident it goes as follows: Brachiosaurus- 6 Parasaurolophus- 15 Gallimimus- 24 Triceratops- 3 Tyrannosaurus Rex- 1 Velociraptor- previously 8 but 3 by the time of the incident Dilophosaurus- 5 Herrerasaurus- 4 Compsognathus- 28

Hi I'm new. You said to say if I'm new so I'm saying LOL! I have a potential theory for those three clawed marks. If you pay attention to the names on the DNA that Nedry is taking in Jurassic Park, you see the name Metriacanthosaurus, who was a medium sized theropod dinosaur. I think it could possibly be a Metriacanthosaurus! It would be a cool dinosaur we've never seen on screen but we already know is canon.

Without game context, I have some questions about this game: - A doctor with an adventure-looking clothes, but with those earrings, necklace, ring? She, i assumed, might be a field doctor and aren't those accessories hindering her work? - When she was attacked by t-rex, she KNEW to hold a flare and she looked really sure the rex would follow it. If this was in 1993, the exact moment after the movie, isn't that knowledge considered to be new? And it seemed only Alan Grant that did it then. She also knew it?

She saw the exact moment Allan used the flair on the security cameras, saw that it worked for him, picked one up for that exact reason and was pretty confident it would work for her... If they put a moment like that in this game tho I would be SHOCKED

She's not a medical doctor, but most likely a scientist/researcher with a doctorate degree (thus referred to as doctor). Alan was addressed as Dr. Grant, and he also wore 'adventure-looking' clothes.

In the trailer she calls for help and says that she was left behind, so the way she acts in-game is likely due to training she received while working at JP. This game appears to take place right after the evacuation.

So, the DPG webiste is not canon anymore? Because in InGen documents it was said, that the remains of the velociraptor was found in cold storage during 1994 clean up, but in Survival trailer we see, it was get free some days after 1993 incident.

Epic! Hopefully it will have incredible ai, and can explore the whole island with vehicles, also hope they will have the metricanthosaurus, and other obscure species from the first park. Also sequels during or after the events of the lost world and having the alpha rex from trespasser in it and another sequel based during or after jp3 with the spinosaurus. Also the sequels could have some FPS elements, and maybe even playable species like the rex and the other species.
