I talked to a sales associate the other day and from what I saw on the MAC Instagrams, this launch is from MAC Korea. There have a ton more advertisements on their Korean IG than their international/main IG account, which kind of seems like an after thought. The formula is pretty popular with Asian beauty brands which is why it's so powdery and 'fadey'. Another associate said some ppl (not sure who) uses it as a stain so they tap it on their lips with a finger.

Just by watching your application, it feels like the Colourpop blur lux lipstick. And yes, the new YSL shine lipsticks, the Too Faced lipsticks are all red, warm red, orange red, brick red... Well i can save some bucks for eyeshadow palettes😁

Girl if you can apply this without primer then your lips are not dry. I tried it today and it was a chapped, cracly mess. Bought the primer, it looks better with it

I’m sorry but I used to love MAC and I still kind of do but they have been so underwhelming in the lipstick department for several years now. They don’t keep classics, they have discontinued so much with their lipsticks there is nothing left that I like.

Unfortunately I agree with this opinion. A lot of my faves used to come from Mac and while they still have some iconic and stunning products.. they aren’t hitting that bar anymore with a lot of stuff they launch! Hopefully 2023 will be their year!!
