Powered Armor feels fantastic for Armorer Artificer, especially for a campaign where power cells are accessable

The Power Armor magic item isn't new. It was in the Lost Laboratory of Kwalish, which also takes place in the Barrier Peaks. It was part of Extra Life 2018.

Love it all. Currently running Curse of Strahd, and I can think of 1 player who would love that staff of ruling and I may just put it in. I have plans to send them to Wildspace afterwards so I may also implement those technology items.

The sleep grenade is actually effective against elves as it's not a sleep spell

Actually, no, Elves are immune to any means of being put to sleep, not just the Sleep spell.

dude, you gotta read it more carefully. it doesn't need filler. "Starting with The Lost City, guide your players through the adventures in the order presented in this book. Each one provides sufficient XP that, on completing the adventure, the characters should be high enough level to advance to the next quest. The adventures also present narrative milestones for story-based level advancement (see the Dungeon Master's Guide)." . . . "If you follow this method, the characters should reach 4th level by the adventure's conclusion."

I just dont think wotc makes dnd content as good as third party designers, if im going to pay for dnd related materials, it wont be wotc/hasbro getting the money.
